The Optimum Intelligence Platform is used to collect and analyze Social Media Intelligence focused on groups and/or individuals. Social Media Intelligence refers to the collective tools and solutions that allow organizations to monitor social channels as well as conversations, respond to social signals and synthesize social data points into meaningful trends and analysis based on the user's needs.
